Is there on site car parking?

Harrogate Elite Living does not have its own car park, but, subject to availability, we can use the car park of the nearby Arden House guest accommdation. In the event that this is full, then we can provide permits (free of charge) to allow guests to park on the street in front of the apartments.

Can I check in early?

We always try to accommodate early check in when possible. In any event, guests are welcome to come to the nearby Arden House from 14:00am where they can leave their cars and luggage and increase their time in Harrogate.

I have a feather allergy, do you do you have synthetic pillows?

We can cater for many different types of allergies, so please just let us know prior to arrival and we can make appropriate arrangements.

Can we arrange breakfast?

The apartments are offered on a self catering basis. However, for those booking direct, we will try to offer our guests a complimentary breakfast at the nearby Arden House guest accommodation.

Do you allow pets?

No, sorry. All of our apartments are pet free.

Do you have WiFi?

All guests can enjoy free wifi throughout the apartments.

Do you have bike storage?

Harrogate Elite Living has access to a large bike shed at the rear of Arden House where guests are welcome to leave their cycles. It is a secure hut that is hidden from view.

Parking for blue badge holders

Blue badge holders can park in any disc zone in Harrogate, and this includes the road in front of the apartments. If you have restricted mobility, and will be bringing a car, then please let us know in advance and we will do our best to put our own car close to the front door of the appropriate, and you can have this space on arrival.

What is your location vis a vis the town/conference centre?

Our location is excellent for both the town centre and the HIC, both being within about a 5 minute walk.

Do you provide towels and toiletries?

A large selection of soft towels and quality toiletries are provided as standard in all of our rooms.

Do all of your apartments have Hairdryers, irons etc?

All of our apartments come equipped with hairdryers, irons, boards, pots, pans, etc to provide a home from home. If anything is missing, simply mention it and we will do our best to provide whatever is required.

Do the apartments have Aircon?

No, but all of our apartments have mobile fans.

Do the apartments have a lift?

No, but we can offer assistance with luggage up to the first and second floors if necessary.

Do you have ground floor apartments available for the less mobile people?

Yes, Directors is a two bedroom ground floor apartment. It has three small steps leading into the garden in front of the property and then one small step into the house. Please note that this apartment does not have a walk in shower.
